Romney - Red & Obama - Blue

It’s a sad day when the majority of Americans voted for someone to be President and our voices got OVER-RULED.

Maybe after these 4 years y’all will understand that Obama was not the best choice for moving this country, ‘forward.’

It’s all the damn big cities

I wish people in cities couldn’t vote. They don’t understand what it means to be American. They don’t understand our principles, and they don’t understand our Constitution.

The heartland of America will save this nation, mark my words.

i’m laughing

je sus christ

im gonna

HEE HEE HOO

yeah fuck people who live in cities

Hahaha “people in big cities don’t understand what it means to be American.”

In a rant: FUCK YOU. I grew up on a small family farm. In Maryland. To parents who are both working class Americans just trying to do their jobs.

Oh look, WE ALL FUCKING VOTED OBAMA.

I’ll think what you’ll find is that people who vote in “large cities” are probably your educated specialists — you know, the people other countries RELY ON to guide their policies rather than political claptrap — live, and that most educated specialists were fuCKING TERRIFIED OF MITT ROMNEY.

Oh, and cities also contain the largest percentages of the UNDERCLASS, aka, some of those freeloaders that Romney said he’d never win over. You know that Hispanic vote that essentially made Obama win? Guess where a lot of it probably came from. Same with the black vote.

So don’t fucking generalize.

Maybe your party should appeal to someone other than rural and wealthy whites if you want your president to be from it.

/rant

President Obama won the popular vote too.  That mean the “majority of Americans” *DID* vote for President Obama.

Genius graphic of the day: As the New York Times shows in the amazing interactive piece “512 Paths to the White House,” Obama’s path to winning the Electoral College is much easier than that of Romney. In fact, if Obama wins Florida, Romney would have to win eight other toss-up states to topple that blow. That’s less likely than an Obama Ohio win at the moment, but … ah, why explain it?! Play with the fun, interactive, awesome graphic! (ht Jason Smedvik)

Romney relief event resembles campaign event

KETTERING, Ohio — It looked like a campaign rally and sounded like one, but the Romney campaign insisted this was not, in fact, a campaign rally.

This was a “storm relief event.”

The event outside Dayton was initially scheduled to be a campaign rally, before superstorm Sandy ravaged the East Coast. The campaign initially canceled all events Monday night and Tuesday out of respect for the storm victims, but on Tuesday evening announced this event would take place with a different theme…. Yeah, totally not a campaign event.  Just the same messages, speeches, guest speakers, but with a side table setup for donations that is totally not used for a photo-op.

Rolling October Forecast Update

UPDATE - 10/30/2012: The rolling October Forecast Model now projects that Barack Obama will receive 51.38% of the national two-party popular vote to Mitt Romney’s 48.62%.   The model’s Electoral College prediction remains unchanged, projecting that President Obama will win 281 electoral votes to Mitt Romney’s 257.  Overall, the model gives President Obama an 86.82% probability of winning a majority of Electoral College votes and winning re-election.

Highest percentage win I’ve seen, from UVU, a university in a deep red country in a deep red state.  0.o

Now Romney supports gay adoption, DADT repeal, and hospital rights

Call me shocked.

Suddenly Mitt Romney is back to his old “better than Ted Kennedy” on gay rights self.  But he’ll only tell you this in private secret meetings.  In public he’s still the big bad sever conservative.  Let’s examine the latest in what have been a series of bizarre stories about Romney’s contortions on gay rights in the past 24 hours…. Romney’s Etch-A-Sketch Complete: He’s Now A White Obama

The cynicism of the GOP can sometimes make you laugh or cry. In 2009, a newly elected president was eager to reach out to Republicans, a Democrat who adopted tax cuts as a third of the stimulus, incorporated Republican ideas on the individual mandate and healthcare exchanges, increased domestic oil and gas production, decimated al Qaeda and killed bin Laden etc etc. He got zero House votes for a desperately needed stimulus in his first month as president. And yet that GOP now blames Obama for being obstructionist and portrays Romney as the great healer…

Where is that tape of McConnell saying the Republican’s primary duty in Congress was to make sure Obama was a one-term President?

Why I Am Voting for Mitt Romney | The Moderate Voice

I am a Democrat.

I voted for Barack Obama in 2008.

However, this time — after a lot of soul searching and closely examining both candidates and the issues — I have decided to vote for Mitt Romney.

Here is why.

Because of Romney’s strong support for every Obama administration proposal designed to lift our country from the deep economic and financial crisis it has found itself in during the past four years.

Because I know exactly where Romney stands on important issues. For example, his steadfast position on abortion and other women’s issues, his gracious acceptance of an offered binder full of women…

Yes folks, this is sarcasm.  Sadly, I know too many people with Romnesia who actually believe what the article states.

Mitt Romney, Friend Of Small Business? Oh Please… | The Moderate Voice

There are so many deceptions flooding out of the Romney campaign these days it’s hard to keep track. But personally, the one he’s getting away with that surprises me the most, is that he’s a guy who understands small business and would thus be better suited than Obama to advance the interests of this vital element of the economy…
